Half-hourly data is the single most useful thing you can send. Your supplier or meter operator can export it as a spreadsheet, usually within a few days of asking. If your site is on a non-half-hourly meter, twelve months of bills will do for a first look.
Tenants: tell us who owns the building. A rooftop system needs the landlord's consent, and it's better to raise it early than after a design is drawn.
